talking to this rather large women last night [polite way of saying she is really fat]
anyway we were talking about calories, cholesterol etc. Seeing there was a sh- load of food laid out on the table etc,and we were all over eating.

she says I try to take just one of everything Shocked eg hundreds of calories just on the sweets let alone the food and drinks.

She says "it is all in moderation If you just don't over do it you can eat anything."

I have heard so many fat people say this term"all in moderation"

I think if you are that fat, this is a bad way of thinking. for one you should not be eating ANY deserts and if you do only choose one not 6 or 7 different ones! Lips sealed

What I hate is when they go on and on about a genetic pre-disposition. Yes, I know that means it's more difficult to maintain your weight, but a simple basic fact remains... you can not gain weight if you do not put the calories into your body in the first place. NO genetic predisposition is going to make you fat if you are only consuming 1500 calories a day. Now I'm not suggesting that it's a good idea to eat that little, but to imply that there is nothing you could do about it is bullsh-.

I see so many obese women with small guys. It always amazes me when I see this combination.
mind you I see it the other way around too.Very pretty skinny women with fat guys.

I have a coupler friends that are quite heavy, one very 325, he is fun to be with always laughing always happy, i wouldnt trade him places but he seems a lot happier than some of my skinny buds

of course he's happy. If I could eat ,drink etc all I wanted to I would be happy too. I'd look like sh-,but those box of chocolates sure would taste good,with the apple pie!

This one time on the bus this lady was telling someone on the phone she is on diet to lose weight. Then ashes listed an endless list of what she had for breakfast.

or not being able to wipe your own butt properly. I have seen some people that i know for a fact cannot do this ... and i wonder what else they can't do for themselves. It's sad.

when i lived at anchor point on burrard before this place, i slept with 3 different gals along my corridor. one of them was fat. i was coming home late after work and met her on the elevator riding up. i had never seen her before and she lived right beside me. anyway, she said why dont i come over just for sex and a drink and no strings attached. so i did. i feel kinda bad about never seeing her ever again after that. she probably thought it was because i was disgusted about her being fat and only went over for the roll in the hay. truth is that she was hot in the sack and i liked her personality, but i was just so buzy at work at the time to see any gal.

there is a major difference between being fat and being obese, actually i think i mean super clinically obese, after reading the chart that whomie posted it listed me as obese, and i know i am not obese. You mention people that cant clean themselves in the bathroom, that is not what i would call fat.

gf, i'll never know in this case. i think it was just timing. we were both free, randomly meet on the elevator and live beside each other and i guess she was horny.

i was rarey home back THEN. except when my golf/boozing buddy and i would play shuffleboard--the kind on the ground--out on the rooftop at the end of the corridor. i do not remember ever seeing her before, but i had already slept with the pretty gal (julie) across the hall from her. i never asked julie if she even knew her. i should have.

I don't know whether all fat girls offer it up like that, but i've done it with some chubby girls, and i can tell you that they are way dirtier then girls of average build.

I think they don't have much self respect really ... They'll let you do anything ...

o.k.I hate to talk about one of my oldest friends. she has since lost lots of weight and has smartened up. Anyway when we were in our early 20s she was quite fat and I personally was kind of disgusted the way she was with guys. She screwed so many guys,back then it was sickening. I honestly think it made her feel better about herself knowing she could actually get someone to go to bed with her.I remember her making a fool out of herself trying to get this good looking guy to sleep with her. He did and then talked badly about her later. I know because he was a friend of my boyfriends at the time.I guess she figured if she could land him in the sack she was attractive enough or something.I don't know it was quite disturbing actually.At least now she has more pride in herself,and takes care of herself physicaly and emotionally. I don't even want to think about how many guys took advantage of her insecurities.
