how long does it take you to. get out of bed

Lately I wake up then it takes me an hour to actually get out of bed. I play with my phone, check my emails and read the news and sites.

I'm usually awake before the alarms goes and sometimes I'm up before that as I was this am. I love the early hours of the morning. Saturdays are different though as I occasionally have a severe case of self-induced flu 40oz flu.

depends if I am working or not.If I am on morning shift I HAVE to get up right away or risk falling asleep again. 4AM is very toguh sometimes to get up,this is why I force myself to get out as soon as that alarm goes off.
when I work night shift,and don't get to bed until 1 or 2 AM then I usually get up about 10am but if I feel like it will sleep in longer.
on days off I am all over the place depends on the sunshine. My sleep routine sucks ,it is hard not having a regular pattern.

I usually wake up before my alarm on weekends and I get up right away.  I would love to be able to sleep in on weekends, but unfortunately can't stay asleep too long after 6.

It takes me about 15mins... I hit snooze twice (10mins) and then I lay awake for another 5mins.

after alarm goes off, I usually lay in bed with eyes closed for another 5mins or so.

My woody tells me when it's time to wake up.......getting out of bed takes an hour after big hard woody shrinks down to pee size
