and is the rumor really true that admin was handlejack-posting with the EED handle on dv the other day? that is extreme

They've done that for quite some time...  They've posted with a couple of my banned handles in the past, too!  I don't really mind, as they like to have their fun too...  The only problem is, you'll see how fast they ban you if you handlejack them!

nope i think it is a perma ban with perma hate... from the powers that be.  i never seem to be able to post more then 3 or 4 times on whatever name i am using before i get banned again... and that is when i am being nice [Sad]. hence the reason i have been their maybe only once or twice a month  and i even went one month with out even reading the whole site

All it takes is a bit of criticism regarding their methods, and you will no longer be welcome there.  It's fun for them to have a reason to keep banning someone.  I'm not welcome back anymore, so they'll have to find someone else to use as their whipping boy...
There was a pattern that had formed as long back as I can remember: They always need at least one whipping boy at any given time.  I think it adds a bit of entertainment into their otherwise very boring lifestyle.

sorry grenade i have not been posting often as orik or devan.. my poetry is not for most people and if u dont know my other postings u will probable not read any ... some of it is for friends only. im not sure i am prepared to share that pathetic part of my life

And I'll add this too...  As much as I'd stick up for DV, why am I allowed freedom at this site here?  I've never once had an issue with the moderators and/or administrators here...  They flow through the background and do their thing, which is usually a better method than attempting to get combative with the posters...
There were some posts on DV in the past, outlining how some would never trust their IP addies on this site...  What the f*** could you, or they, do with my IP addy?  Nothing.  It's dynamic anyhow...

I don't think they actually keep 'files'...  What they will do is record what IP addy you post from, and cross reference your handles...

They then have the ability to pull up old posts under different IP addies and old handles...

Well yes if they cross reference, but they only tend to do that for regualr posters.

Exactly.  Found it interesting that they have put in that IP function, logically they would only do that if it's a problem!!!!!!!!!

Lambs messing with lions?  I think not!  Some of your 'team mates' abilities have been questionable, at best, in the past...

Don't ever criticize though, as I know how sensitive you guys are :-)

The oh so sensitive dv mods have quite the reputation for being easily offended, it seems.  Pretty sad that admin had to insert an IP addy display script and directions on how to request an unbanning...
