Horrible.

They basically took the original sweater design but replaced the stylised C with the birthing orca design.

What genius came up with this monstrosity?

I've never liked the orca.

It has nothing to do with a Canuck and is simply a reference to the former Orca Bay ownership group.

The original sweaters are still the best.

What the hell! The VANCOUVER sticks out way too much, and it looks bad! Get rid of it please! The old jersey is still good to use, same with the vintage ones.

I sure hope that wasn't the reason to put VANCOUVER across the front.. what other NHL team puts their city name on their jerseys?? NOBODY!! Maybe except for Toronto..

Wow! I thought it couldn't get any worse! Why the blue and green color? Why not something cool like black?

like, how could a design team probably making huge $$$$ not stop halfway and say to themselves "putting VANCOUVER in big letters in a lame 90's Corel Draw style arc across the front of the jersey isn't the great idea we thought it was"

Maybe the artist was drunk at the time.... I would personally get rid of the orca and put a beaver there. *sn****

i think that orca should go too. it just makes no sense at all and from a distance it just looks like something spilled on the jersey blocking out the top of the 'c'. it is too busy and cluttered. i liked the 3 meanings of the original and uncluttered hockey rink/stick/letter c.
