This is too funny ... on online questionnaire to help you determine whether you have adult ADHD.  If you're unable to concentrate long enough to complete the quiz you can be pretty darn sure you have the disorder!

Personally I'd procrastinate more than I do already but I never manage to get around to it.

I find the quiz irrelevant, as much of this adhd nonsense can just be attributed to caffeine intake, lack of sleep, or a hangover.  We're all adults here, and I think these overly ridiculous quizzes are just a sham created by pharmaceutical companies to create symptoms of a falsely underling disorder in order to prescribe medication.  You are an adult, be mature, if you can't concentrate, skip starbucks and get a good nights rest.  f***, nowadays everyone associates their deficiancies (caused by our very own personal neglect) to some kind of disorder to compensate and find excuses to substantiate their adversity.  Nowadays it seems that everything and anything life throws at you can now be attributed to some stupid disorder which seems to require medical attention.  Is this a way for people to justify their neglectful means?  I think not.  Follow a simple regimen, exercise regularly, sleep thoroughly, and limit caffeine.  Problem solved.  I don't seem to remember my grandparents fighting a world war EVER associating ANYTHING to this kind of nonsense.

^ do you also feel this is the problem with todays children? Children don't  have the common sense as far as excerise regularly, sleep well and limit caffine. So if they're diagnosed with a disease what or who is to blame? And do you think this diagnosis is something they simply grow out of as they age into adulthood?

I find the diagnoses quite different, child adhd is inherant, but probably largely due to many other factors such as caffeine intake (most adhd little cousins of mine are hooked on pepsi), adult adhd, i think is largely attributed to lifestyle.  We are increasingly sedentary, rely on commercially produced sugar laden over caffeinated beverages to wake us up, followed with alcohol to quell that alertness produced by the latter beverages.  This kind of crap would have been dismissed by the last generation as an excuse for our caloric and medicational excesses.  I reiterate, adult adhd is not some late onset of a latent genetic flaw, it is a lifestyle consequence, easily remedied.  People just seem to need a label for every friggen symtom they have caused by their own decisions.

Ok so how can child ADHD be inherant if adult ADHD is attributed to lifestyle? Adults have children thus passing on their genes, children don't have children. Well, aside from oversexed, immature teens. But I'm not referrencing teens when I type children.
You say your ADHD little cousins are hooked on Pepsi. Weren't the parents given some sort of dietary guidelines for these children?
