Screwed by best Western

wow i have seen it all now
 i booked a room for 4 days in march etc date don't matter to go to the famosa drag races so called the "march meet" The one truly big race per yr with just old nostalgic cars present and racing, it is a 3 day event that all older racers have to see before getting out of the car sport. anyway. i got an email this morning from the best western head honchos saying thanx for my stay and i was checked out on the 5th and would i fill out this form stating how i enjoyed my visit

Well i wast there as we all know i made the resi for march
i called the head office to state my complaint and they dug into the  issue, it seems that even though the desk clerk that took my resi! and took it in err still constitutes that I owe i owe its up the ass they go!, Because i didnt check the resi and confirm the error.

Well that sucks says me but i am an 8understanding man and  business is business and i say well okay, no problem, its in my craw but i can deal with it
So do you have rooms for me on the proper date?

 called every frigging hotel within an hour and no rooms. booked solid

i recalled best Western head off ice stated my claim and demanded satisfaction in retaining a room for the said dates!, stating I was willing to pay the charge without putting up a fight it should them to find me accommodations.
Well they just called me back and are getting me in with a rebated price and an extra days stay but the closest they can get us in is an hour away.
